Using
the Patient Messaging Service Using
the Ellis Hospital Patient Messaging Service is simple. Just follow this Link,
complete the form, and press the Submit button. Please complete all of the required
fields, which are marked with an asterisk, to ensure prompt delivery. Your
message will be printed on a lovely, floral theme paper similar to the one
pictured above, and sealed in an envelope. Messages are then hand-delivered
to patients by our staff during normal business hours.
Please
be aware when writing your message that it will be reviewed by Ellis Telecommunications
staff for appropriateness of content, and then printed out. The Telecommunications
staff reserves the right to discard messages considered to be inappropriate

If
the patient for whom the message is intended has been discharged, then we will
notify you that your message could not be delivered for this reason. |
